Contract Noggin does not assess legal enforceability, statutory compliance, or commercial suitability. Uploaded data is processed solely to provide the service, maintain performance, and ensure security. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are applied; however, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Data may be processed by trusted third-party infrastructure providers subject to contractual safeguards. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any documents and that doing so does not breach confidentiality or applicable law.

8. Right to Modify Service

Arcole Labs Limited may modify, update, or discontinue Contract Noggin or any part of the service, including its analysis models, risk indicators, outputs, or documentation, at any time. We may also update this disclaimer and related terms from time to time to reflect improvements to the service, legal requirements, or operational changes. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Maintenance of Service

Arcole Labs Limited does not guarantee that Contract Noggin will remain available in its current form or that any specific feature, analysis method, or output will continue to be provided.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for:
